ELIGIBILITY
FOR A LOAN
To be eligible for a loan the student must:
 Be
a graduate of a Stark County high school or a Stark County resident
who received a high school diploma through the ABC (A Better
Chance) Program.
Be
enrolled in a post high school undergraduate degree granting
program at least 12 credit hours per term.
Have
and maintain minimum term and cumulative grade point averages
of 2.00.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RECEIVING A LOAN
To receive a loan the student must:
Have
the ability to perform satisfactorily in a post high school
undergraduate training or college program.
Demonstrate
the industry, determination, and fortitude to graduate.
Show
a proven need for financial assistance beyond what the applicant
and family can provide.
Demonstrate
a commitment that the money will be repaid per the terms of
the loan agreement. |
