Donors, Board Members, and Staff are comprised of individuals who value education and are
committed to developing and maintaining a revolving pool of funds to provide low interest student loans to graduates of Stark County, Ohio High Schools so that these students may pursue post high school education and training.

Sandy Hartsel

Executive Director, Kim Leggett, holds a BA in Psychology and a M.Ed in Education and began her work with the Foundation in the Fall of 2003.

Executive Assistant, Sandy Hartsel, graduated with a BGS from Kent State University and came to the Foundation in October 2005.
